Here’s how you can remove the Yesware for O365 add-in:
- Select the Get Add-ins icon in the Outlook ribbon to manage add-ins.
- In the window that pops up, select My add-ins.
- Find the Yesware add-in from your list.
- Select the ellipses (“...”) icon in the bottom right corner of the Yesware add-in.
- Click Remove.
The add-in will be removed from your Outlook, but will remain in your list of add-ins within the Store. If you want to re-enable the add-in, select the Add button on the Yesware add-in tile.
Why can't I uninstall the add-in?
This is usually due to an admin setting that you can adjust in your Microsoft account. If you are the admin could you please make sure that users have been allowed access to the add-in? If you are not the admin, please reach out to your Admin/IT team to check the settings for you.
