For Gmail
You can create HTML-rich templates in Gmail using two methods:
1. From the Compose Window

Open a compose window in Gmail.

Design your message with the desired formatting and images.

Click the "Templates" button at the bottom.

Choose "Save as Template" from the menu.

This saves your content to the Template library for future use.
2. Direct HTML Input

Click the "Templates" button and select “New Template.”

In the editor, click the "< >" HTML mode button on the right of the formatting toolbar.

To Insert Images:

While editing a Template, click the “insert/edit image” icon.
