There are a few reasons why you may not see any tracking data when you click on the "Message" tab of the Tracking feed:
- The email is an inbound message for which you have not sent a tracked reply
- For outbound emails:
- Tracking was off (you either turned it off in your settings or did not have the Yesware Sidebar opened at the time you sent the email)
- You sent an email to a colleague and Colleague Events are turned off in your Preferences
- The recipient has images disabled, in which case we do not register the open (Note: if you receive a link click, attachment view, or a reply but not an open notification, this could mean that the recipient has images disabled.)
- The email has not been opened yet
