By default, Yesware removes recipients from a Campaign when they "connect" with you. A "connect" occurs when they reply to your email, you have a phone conversation resulting from a phone call touch, or they book a meeting using your Meeting Scheduler link.
When setting up a new Campaign, you have the option to choose whether or not you want to "Remove recipients after connection." If selected, Yesware will automatically remove a recipient from the Campaign once they connect, however, if you prefer to keep recipients in the Campaign regardless of their interactions, you can uncheck the "Remove recipients after connection" box in the "Settings" section of the Campaign.
