When you add hyperlinks to your Templates, they will automatically be set up as tracked links so that you're able to get a sense of who is engaging with your content. This helps you to prioritize and plan your follow-ups with ease.

To add a link to your templates, start by clicking on the chain link icon:

Then type in the URL of the website and hit OK. (BEST PRACTICE: add links to Templates as descriptive hyperlinks (ex: Yesware instead of www.yesware.com) to lessen the potential for being flagged as spam.

Please note:

• All hyperlinks in the Template will be tracked by default
• If you want to turn off link tracking within Templates, you'll need to do so in your Preferences
