For Premium and Enterprise level plan holders, you can take advantage of our Zoom integration to book meetings more seamlessly.
To enable this feature:
- Go to your Meeting Scheduler Settings page
- Click "Edit Details" on your My Calendar Link
- In the "Web Conferencing" section, click "Connect Zoom Account"
- A window will pop up that says, "Connecting your Zoom account. This window will automatically close when the connection is successful."
If you're having trouble installing Zoom, please check out Zoom's documentation on how to do so.
To insert Zoom details in your Meeting Types:
- Open up an existing Meeting Type you want to edit or create a new Meeting Type
- In the "Meeting Location," section, you should now see a "Insert Zoom" button
- Click that button
- Your Zoom meeting will be generated upon booking
To insert Zoom details in your Custom Availability links:
- Every time you create a Custom Availability link, in the "Location" section, you should now see a "Zoom" button
- Click that button
- Your Zoom meeting will be generated upon booking
Now, when someone books a meeting with you via Meeting Scheduler, your Zoom details will be present in the calendar invitation that is generated.
Please Note:
- We respect Personal Meeting IDs if you have explicitly set that as a preference in your Zoom settings. Set your preference here in your Zoom settings.
- If the Personal Meeting ID is not set, we will generate a Zoom ID for each meeting when it's booked (this is also the most secure option).
- We only support password protected Zoom links if the Zoom account administrator has enabled this setting. We do not support passwords currently at the user setting level.
- There is no way a Yesware user can manage their Zoom settings within Yesware or to set these preferences on a per-meeting basis.
- You can use this integration with a free Zoom plan.
