To facilitate personalization, users are guided to click on the "Preview & Personalize" option located in the upper-right corner of each email touch within their campaign. It’s important to note that personalization is handled individually for each email in the sequence. This means that if a user wants to personalize all ten emails for a single recipient, you will need to undertake this process for each one separately.
Once you access the personalization feature, users will see a list of all recipients on the left side of the screen. By selecting the desired recipient, they can then move to the text editor on the right to customize the message to their liking. After making the necessary changes, users should ensure to click "Save Personalization" to finalize their updates.
It's crucial for users to remember that any personalization made to a campaign's emails will take precedence over any later modifications to the campaign as a whole. Therefore, if there are changes to the overarching campaign after personalizations are saved, users will need to revisit and apply additional personalizations as necessary.
